> need help with BT headset

i "found" a BT headset today but since ive never owend 1 of these before i have a few questions...
1. how do i turn this thing on/off???
2. the battery in it is 2.7volts but the only charger i have that fits is
3volts will this damage it?
the brand is plantronics i guess its pretty cheap... has any1 got one of these?
