When I bought my phone, I realized the GSM service thru AT&T wasn't that strong yet, so I waited to activate the phone until their coverage was broadened.
When I finally got the phone activated, the signal strength was fine about 2 miles from my home... but I got NADA around my neighborhood. We're even near a cell phone tower. After some pixels died on the LCD, I had given up and called Lockline to replace my phone. They sent me a Nokia 6800? Anyway, this is a GSM phone as well, and the signal strength was perfect at the house.... it's just a bulky phone and doesn't work with Bluetooth headsets.
Has anyone found this same problem? If so, does anyone know of a way to boost the signal strength? Whether it be an internal tweak or one of those flat sticker antenna booster gimmicks. I want to go back to my T68i, but I need service at my house since I work from home.
