Hi,
I have this problem lately where I can't send any MMS messages. I can compose a message and when I send it the status bar climbs to 94% and then tells me it has failed due to an 'Internal Error'.
I have called Orange and they have tried updating my GPRS/MMS settings but its still exactly the same. Loads of resets, 4.2MB free on the phone, 16MB on the Memory stick...at present it is left with Orange tech support...any ideas?

I've had no problems sending MMS in the 2 weeks i've had the phone and have configured all of my settings correctly for email/GPRS/WAP etc. Nothing on the phone has been changed but now it just keeps failing. The GPRS account has been reconfigured by Orange themselves - it establishes a connection and sends 94% of the content then fails.

I myself had this problem and I am on O2 my mms works fine most of the time but it gives this message some times. I recon the reason is the size of the file try reducing the file size to below 30kb .

Thanks for the reply - unfrotunately I have tried everything that post has to offer and I even confirmed file sizes with Orange and they were ok. I've tried new settings, trying to send to myself or another Orange user, and to a T Mobile user but no luck.
The only other option would be a firmware update but according to SE there isn't one yet!?

ok well i tried changing all the settings for mms, and found that changing AUTOMATIC to OFF made it work fine ;o)) Try this guys hopefull it will work. Not sure what it is.
