> P800 ical sync times off 8 hours

Someone smart out there must be able to help me with this. When I sync my p800 with calendar items created on ical (mac osX panther) it syncs fine. If I drag an event from entourage to ical it looks fine on ical but when synced to p800 the event is always -8 hours on the p800 after sync. Can any one tell me why???
