i load my p800 a lot programs, later i realize that my jog dial is broken?

i dont know why i usually dont use it.. (jog dial press up and jog dial press is gone) after a few days not doing anything (loading unloading programs)

i realize that the jog dial press is working again. but the problem is that jog dial press up is not working but the function for this action is transfered to jod dial press.

is there any possibility that a program change my settings?

Have you tried getting hold of a canister of compressed air (usually used for cleaning the inside of PC's) and giving the jog dial a quick blast with it?

Nine times out of ten a malfunctioning jog dial is due to dirt, grime and general pocket fluff being lodged in the mechanism.
