Can anyone ps tell me how to change the passkey on T68i when pairing with other devices. I want to change it from the default passkey. I think i once saw that option somewhere but now I can't.

the passkey is defined at the time of pairing. your just choose a 4 digit code and enter it on both devices. it can be different for each device you pair with.
If you are pairing with an headset then the pairing code is 0000 since you can't enter a passkey on the headset itself.
if you want to change a passkey then just delet that device from the paired devices list (using the 'c' key) and pair with that device again

Thanx for the answer. One more question, does that mean if I have my bluetooth on then it means anyone will be able to pair it with phone? I think I once heard someone(here in ESATO) saying he managed to pair his phone with someone else's phone(seemingly he used the default passkey when pairing) where he even managed to play around with ringtones, themes on that phone cos that's what I want to avoid whenever I set my bluetooth on.

in order to pair with your phone the passkey must be entered on your phone as well as the other device, so unless someone else has access to your phone or you enter the matching passkey yourself then in theory no one can pair with your phone.
there are a few reports coming out about people cracking bluetooth security but I doubt it is widely available or done at this time.
when you have bluetooth set to on just ensure that it is not also set to discoverable.
