it depends what you want out of your phone if you just want a flip phone with a nice screen and good features but nothing over the top. ie cameranot that important basic calender and contacts etc just get the z600.
however if you want something more like a smart phone the motorla my be a better option it has a memory card slot can play mp3 etc and works on the pocket pc platform meaning its like a pda and phone (dont think its a powerful interms of functions as p800/900)

i had exactlly the same dilema. i went with the Z600 because the moto doesnt have bluetooth (i think its a little bigger as well actually)

The Motorola mpx200 is Microsoft based if I remeber correctly. Easy choice... stay away from the Motorola then.
