I know V-Rally uses your unique IMEI number to pair a full version of the game to your phone. My question is if you have to get your phone replaced (dropped it or that 'squeaking' noise gets on your nerves!) then surely your IMEI number will change aswell? can you then just repeat the installation process on your second phone?
Thanks

I'm iterested in hearing replies to this, surely if you pay for an app theen your phone fail for no fault of your own & is replaced then SE should reinstate any lost apps.
Maybe the supplier of the game/app has a way of changing it over for you, & stopping the game working on the old IMEI number.

I want to get a replacement p900 from CPW as mine squeaks alot but don't want to have to pay another load of money to get the full version of v-rally!
Does anyone know what the deal is?

I had this issue with Tracker and a replacement for a stolen phone. I just contacted the vendors with my new details and they sent me a new registration number.
Seems reasonable...

I would have thought that your complaint would have to be with SE for compensation
It is not the fault of the company that supplied you with the v-rally game is it
The game is working as it should be the problem is to do with the P900 which is supplied by SE this has nothing to do with the v-rally company they have fulfilled their customers promise of providing you with a fully working end product
If you buy a sony dvd player and you hire a film from blockbusters and it will not play on the sony but it will play on another make machine then this is sonys fault not blockbusters you cannot take the film back and say "i am not paying for this because it dosent play on my sony" it is not their problem but the manufacture of your dvd player
