Hi
Just like to warn u guys.
I just bought the metrofone software (a metronome for Px00)
And it sux... BIG TIME.
It does absolutely not keep rytm.

I bet a retarded deaf/mute bunolee monkey in a plastic bag in matingseason has got a better control over rytm...

What does the app do? How much did it set you back?

It is supposed to be a metronome (a device used for keeping a rytm)
Example 120 beats per minute.
And for all metronomes is one basic rule "they have to be 99,99% - 100% right" or else they are useless.
Thus this one is useless.
I'm not sure exactly how much percentage wrong it is, but it's very wrong!

That's weird....
A computerised metronome should be 100% accurate!
Could it be you have other tasks that take processing power so the metrognome inside the metronome misses a beat somtimes?

Try closing everything except this program.

Could anyone please tell me that I'm wrong:

I still haven't managed to get miliseconds from timer function, as for a chronometer I can make a 'false counter' for a second with a simple "FOR X=1 TO 1000.NEXTX.." with an aproximate delay and start again on the next second... problems are that phone processor it's not keeping processor speed and sometimes I get over thousand and sometimes less than thousand

As when the metrofone was released I was still wondering how they managed that...

Any points? (not about my bad english...)

It's probably using the internal MIDI as a timer, but it's not good enough.
I haven't tried it with all other apps closed though.

I agree, if it's computerised, it *should* be ok....

sometimes moods and times of day night effect sense of timing and tempo....could it be you?

Me? Of course it's not about mood, I loose this sense with whisky.

@EyeBeem

you should try it with 'flight mode' and tell us the improovements of tempo...

Confirm that the metrofon is so bad out of time that it is impossible to use it. By the way is there a possibility of changing the sound of the beats. Why those f****ing open hihat sounds???

You could always just making a MIDI file that contains beats at the right tempo, and play that?
