> p800 failed connection (Mrouter)

I can't connect my p800 to my computer, and i'm recieving an error something along the lines of MRouter failed.
Now i'm not even recieving an error, and non of my p800 programs are working correctly. Does anyone know what the problem could be? is it the connector?

Only advice I can offer is to make sure that if you are running McAfee products, make sure they are stopped - especially the firewall as it will just bugger it up!
