In russia no. But 99.99% of russian users with bluetooth phones don't know how to use it... So its fast impossible to bluejack - everything is just turned off! => no connect - no bluejack. This message was posted from a T310

I guess you've understood it by now but anyway. They are just joking, bluetooth certainly isn't illegal, if you do not post any disturbing messages. Between, Pachy is the "funny guy" round here.

"Funny guy" is that official, ...

but yes, ANY insulting or offensive messages whether in emails, sms, mms or BT is possibly liable but i'm not sure it could be illegal.
