I have family visiting Dubai and I am thinking of having them pick up a P/800 or P/900 for me. Do you know how much both phones go for there?? Also, will it be compatible with Canada -- i.e. will characters be in english -- can I get a North American style power charger if I buy a phone in the UAE etc. Any suggestions as to other good comparable phones to get would be great. THANKS!

Don't know for sure, but would guess p900 is around $750 or so. They usually have most new phones. They all will have english and you just need to make sure it's a triband.
