What's your point? I'm sure the seller was just illustrating that the phone is BRAND NEW and not used at all. As for your fears about something going wrong in the future, this is the case for all phones. the important thing is that the phone for sale is warrantied for a year.
Just curious where you were cominng from when you made these comments.

my point is why is he selling a brand new phone locked to globe and not mentioning the warranty....ofcourse if you are interested you will ask the seller right?
in this case...i rather buy a "NEW Phone" locked to globe with 1 yr warranty rather than gambling my money chris.
im asking the seller because im interested.

The seller did not see the need to mention the warranty out of sheer common sense. ALL BRAND NEW phones locked to Globe are assumed to have warranty.
