It certainly should, if you look at the list of devices:
http://www.apple.com/isync/devices.html, you can see at the bottom what you can do with it. I tried connecting to it with the cradle and it doesn't, so I asume via bluetooth is the only way to do it.

what networks does cingular work on? i thought it was only gsm 850

no problems so far...with that aspect, bluetooth works perfect now as well, all i need is the GPRS settings.....
