> [P800] Default Device Lock Code for R2F?

Hi! I recently received my P800 replacement (now R2F) and I'm trying to set the lock code but unfortunately I don't know the number. I've tried the defaults that I've seen: "0000", "1111", "12345678" and even my old device lock code but nothing worked. I also tried 2222 -> 9999, 12345. Now before I pester customer service again, does anyone know if the R2F has a different default lock code?
(kinda makes me feel like someone else used the phone before it was given to me
