AND THIS IS WT THE PERSON REPLIED.

Dear Mr.Saqib,

Thank you for contacting Sony Ericsson Customer Care Center.

Sony Ericsson's Z1010 will only be released in countries which have 3G networks.
3G is the new standard which allows very fast transfer of data over the network,
allowing the user to use their phone as a video phone. 3G is also refered to
UMTS. During this year we expect a number of Eruopean operators to rollout 3G.
Therefore Sony Ericsson Z1010 will not be released in UAE.

AND THIS WAS WT I REPLIED AGAIN..

Dear MR. RANA,
That was not the answer to my questions??
U SHUD ATLEAST HAVE answers to these questions even if the fone is being released in the uae or not.. If i buy the fone from SOny Ericsson UK.. will the warranty apply in UAE.. will u.. in uae have Firmware upgrades for this fone.. And will it in the first case (LEAVE THE 3g Applications) assuming i am using only the normal fone features.. like mp3.. dialling the number.. and it bring a triband fone.. work in the UAE.. if ppl at Sony Ericsson dont have the information about thier own phones.. then who does..
and I have already read these deafult 3G lines at ur website.. i wanted answers to my questions.. not general answers.
And for ur information.. at this gitex.. it was aannounced that Etisilat in the year 2004 will rollout 3G as well.. do u live in the UAE. SOrry for being harsh but this was not the support that i was expecting to get from you.. Hope so that u answer to my questions this time..
Thanks And Bye

AND AM AGAIN WAITING FOR HIS REPLY?? WILL GET IT 2moro?? lets see wt he answers this time??

That's not only SE, many companys "do" that, that's why I never contact them by mail

Most of the time it's not an technician who reply so don't expect some good answers

I do hope you used proper english in your e-mails, and not words like "U" and "fone"

That would probably help them taking you seriousely.

Yeah, that's the sort of reply I'd expect from any large company like Sony Ericsson. Only the most exceptional companies make time to fully answer every single e-mail they get that is just full of queries for their products.

To be honest though mate, if I recieved an e-mail full of the spelling and grammer you used I probably woudn't reply to it at all! Take this as advice, not as a dig at you, but you really should write properly whenever you are contacting people and asking for their time, whether it be in a proper letter or an e-mail. This way you'll always get a better response.

You've got a querty keyboard in front of you, so there's no excuse not to type properly. To pick out a few of the most obvious speling errors that you will want to watch for in future e-mails:

ppl is spelt "people"
Words only have one capital letter at the start
fone is spelt "phone"
u is spelt "you"
shud is spelt "should"
cuz is spelt "because"
i is always a capital "I"
cant has an apostrophe in it
ur is spelt "your"
