I used to have the longhorn skin and I must say that it was a great one. Now I created a Windows XP version which looks the same and I added more colourfull icons any many more features.

The skin has these features on the same screen (Desktop)

1.Close Tracker
2.Minimize Tracker
3.Close all applications
4.Compress Memory
5.Refresh Page
6.Status Information
7.Date
8.Time
9.Desktop Link
10.Today link
11.Contacts Application
12.Message Application
13.Task Manager
14.File Manager
15.IRDA
16.Bluetooth
17.Shows on desktop Free memory on C:/ D:/ and ROM
18.Recycle bin
19.Lock function
and
20.A Tracker 3.2 Only feature --- Hide/Unhide bottom icons for being able to view the Phone's taskbar
