Here I go again every time I put this out nobody answered it

How old is my firmware is:
R1H
prgCxC125501
test 200109110
current 200211040

the reason I asked is because here in my provider service center they dont a clue of what Im talking about.

When I went to do a firmware upgrade they told to me that is the only firmware that SE has.

What!!!!!!!!!!

That's bulls**t!!!!!!

Those guys must read this site soon!!!!!!!!!
