Amazon.co.uk have the 128mb Duo ones for GBP 44.99 which is one of the best prices I've seen.
Also if it is not for a phone, they do the 'not Duo' ones for 44.49 (Sony) or 34.99 (Lexar, just as good) for 128mb.
