> T610 Recording and Playback Issue
Bookmark topic
I'm trying to record a one minute conversation on the T610 and then play that recording back to the person on the phone.
I've been able to record the call in to My Sounds and can play it back while on the phone with someone. But they say they are unable to hear the playback.
Is this possible? Am I missing a step or setting?
Thanks in advance.

Well it should not happen but ask the person to maximize the listening vol. If it's a cell

I don't think it was a volume thing. They couldn't even hear a trace of the playback I was hearing. And it was really load and clear on my end.

Right, but shouldn't it be wired or designed so they can hear the playback I'm hearing?
For example, you can have a conference call on the T610 and the participants hear each other, but not through my microphone or speaker. The signal is sent straight out through my line (cell).
I just think I would be able to play back a recording on my phone, hear it in my speaker, and also have the signal being played in their phone as well. It's a feature thing, and I don't know if the T610 is set up to handle it or not. Trying to find out if my phone's busted, or if it just isn't possible with this model.
Thanks

Try to call your housephone for exampel and play the record, then listen in the housephone if you can hear it.

So try to send it to ur pc and then send it or play thru ur speakers2the other person.sorry but it seems that no1 realises that ur quest is ..impossible. As for the conference that a service feature, some other thing.

Thanks.
You saved me a lot of trial and error just by letting me know it isn't a feature on the T610.
So, maybe this should be a new topic, but does anyone know if there's an adapter to let you send a line or headphone input in to your T610? That way I could save the clip on my laptop, play it from my laptop, and have it play on my conference call? I would be sending a line out or headphone out signal from my laptop through a stereo miniplug and would somehow need to get it in to my phone.
Thanks for all the great followups.

What i do to allow the caller at the other end here my recorded calls is with my wired games free kit i put the ear piece over the mic piece and then they can hear and so can i. When it finishes i put the ear piece back in my ear and talk away. Its not really much hassel.
