Ive open this topic to heard something from you people in which store is much better to get a fone? (free from defect, or other fone prob.), although they've both given you 1 year warranty, but still it is much better to get a fone in good cond. rather than going back to their fu**k*n store and they will tell you to wait for a 7 days or if ur very much lucky you will wait for a month??

I'd say, it's the luck of the draw. There is always a chance that a phone with defects can be sold to you. Just follow the advice of other posters here. Spend some time playing with the phone, test all the features, before giving them your money and taking the phone home.
When the phone breaks down, after their 7-day return period, don't bring it back to the store. Take it to

service solutions in Makati.

When it comes to after sales services i wouldnt pick any one of them, both offer a not so good approach to customers. You would really have to bare with some people who think they know more than you do even if they dont have the phone you have. Take my example here: i went one time to get my firmware upgraded, the sales rep told me that if there is nothing wrong with the phone then it is much better to keep it that way. Hello, this is a firmware upgrade release by SE, why in the world would i not upgrade my phone when the same people who release the phone offers it. Does he (sales rep) know more of the phone than the ones who made it. To cut the story short, I did insist for the upgrade, now theres no more hang in the ringtones of my T610.
Sometimes you would really have a hard time when it comes to after sales services.
Best be ready for the phone you would like to purchase, check the website, Esato if purchasing SE phones (cause prior to release here in Manila the phones would be first release in other countries).

Just becuase you bought the phone from Semicon doesn't mean you have to let simicon fix it if there's something wrong. You can have your phone fixed at authorized SE service centers... they will still honor the warranty. So buying from Semicon is not that bad.
