Serial cable to connect t610 to computer: £15-£30
Infrared dongle for PC: £20 upwards
Blue tooth dongle: £24.99 (one
here)
You will also need to install the comunications software that you should have got with the phone, and some free software that you can obtain at:
http://www.christersson.org. This is because the SE software doesn't give you the facility to transfer themes, ringtones etc. directly.
Alternatively, you can use
www.euploader.com to upload your themes, ringtones etc. to the internet. You can then download them to your phone via wap. The upload service is free, but you will of course have to pay to use wap on your phone as normal. GPRS is usually the cheapest way to use wap if you're going to download loads of stuff regularly

If you mean links and stuff, then:
Themes - There are some brilliant themes right here in the Esato forums, try vinnie's themes in the themes, ringtones, games etc. forum. There are also further links in there to other free themes sites.
Ringtones -
http://www.snigelpost.org/0-9.html has loads of free ringtones that work with SE phones. Just make sure that you get the midi (.mid) tones.
Your best bet by far is to use
www.google.com to search for what you're after, there's tons of sites out there with free stuff for SE phones.
Wap site:
www.tagtag.com/boyi - Free pics, themes, tones etc.
Trawl through these forums for other wap sites, there's quite a few!

Yup, makes sense
Firstly, your absolutely right. GPRS is a system where you pay ONLY for the data that's transfered, not the amount of time that you stay connected to wap. According to my provider (orange), 1 MB of data transfer is roughly equivalent to viewing 1000 wap pages, or sending 100 plain text emails, or 10 emails containing a picture. How much 'data transfer' you get depends on the GPRS package you're subscribed to. I get 3MB per month for free, then £2.50 per extra MB used.
Themes vary in size, but are often around 70k, so you get 15+ themes per MB. Ringtones are usually between 5 - 20k, so at worst you could download 50 ringtones per MB. Games are in the hundreds of k, so watch out if you're planning on getting loads of these!
To check If you've got GPRS working, simply go on wap (press the button on the right hand side of your T610) and look at the signal strength indicator on your phones screen. There should be another signal strength indicator directly above it (a 'filled in slope' if that makes sense). If this appears, then you've got GPRS! If it doesn't appear at all, or it looks like an 'empty box', then you either don't have GPRS enabled (contact your provider) or you have poor GPRS reception at that time.
I'm assuming that you know how to download stuff to your computer? Usually, you just have to click on a link to start the download, but sometimes (especially with pictures and ringtones), you have to right-click on the link and select 'save as...'. This is because if you click the link normally, the computer assumes that you just want to see the picture or hear the tone rather than save it to a specified location.
OK, step-by-step instructions for getting something OFF your computer and ONTO your phone:
1. Download the file (theme, ringtone etc.) to your computer, preferably in a place where it's easy to get at, like the desktop.
2. Get your internet browser up and go to
www.euploader.com
3. You'll see a text entry box with two buttons, 'browse' and 'upload'. Click Browse.
4. The 'File open' dialogue window appears. Navigate to the place where you saved the file that you want on the phone. left click on it to select it, and then click the 'open' button.
5. the 'File open' window disappears. Click the 'upload' button on the euploader website.
6. Your file will be uploaded, and you will be given two numbers: an id number and code number.
7. Get your phone on wap, press 'more', then select 'enter address'.
8. Enter the wap internet address given to you by euploader (I think its
www.euploader.com/wap).
9. The wap site (on your phone!) will ask you for the id and code number. use the joystick to highlight the brackets, press the 'edit' button and enter the codes.
10. Highlight the blue link underneath the two codes and press 'select'
11. Select 'Download', wait for the download window to appear on your phone, then select 'download' again.
12. That's it! The file will be automatically saved to 'my pictures', 'my sounds', 'my themes' etc. and you can start using them.
Sounds horrendously complex but believe me, it's not!
Hope that helps a little

The longest I've ever spent downloading one file on wap using the euploader method is around 2 mins for a mophun game. Ringtones, themes and pics can be done in around 1.5 minutes from start to finish (If you're quick at keying-in in the codes, and you have the euploader wap site in your 'bookmarks' ) so at £7.50 per MB, you might be better off with plain old wap.
Don't forget though, that if you're already registered for GPRS you'll need to contact your provider and get it turned off, since GPRS will be enabled automatically on your phone each time you enter wap. You could just delete the GPRS profile settings from your phone, i suppose, but personally I don't like doing stuff like that in case it all goes wrong! It's always best to get your provider to send you a system text message to alter your phone's internet settings.
Any more questions, don't hesitate to ask

wap is the most expensive and slowest way doing that cuz with wap you pay for the time you are on the net. gprs is faster and some cheaper cuz then you only pay for each byte you are downloading.
