I recently got LG 5300i as a gift. Its a good phone (athough I still love my T610 more). But whenever I log on to esato by WAP, my phone is detected as T68i and not "a WAP device" This is very strange.
Does this happen to anyone of you ppl?

That is wierd, maybe it uses the same user-agent string. LG has a license from Ericsson Mobile Platform.

Ya may be thats the reason but when I use LG RD-2030 (a CDMA phone on Reliance India network), this does not happen and that LG phone is "a WAP device" for esato site.
Is this a problem with my handset?

AFAIK the LG license is only for GSM.
But LG should use it's own user-agent string.
