I know the 3510i is compatiable with MMS but when I try sending a MMS from my orange 7650 to an o2 3510i it gives the message "goto a website since your phone isnt compatible"

What am I doing wrong?

What can I change to fix the problem..

What Im trying to do is,

Sending a MMS from an orange 7650 to an o2 3510i

it hasnt worked so far with or without sound

Have you downloaded the correct settings? You have to have installed the MMS settings. You can probably download them from O2's website.

Here you go. Now, I don't use O2 since I live in sweden (and I don't know what a tariff is) but read this and if it seems right download the settings.

The settings are on the o2 website. If you in to the main page www.o2.co.uk there should be a link on the left hand side saying 'get settings'. If not go to the site index and look for 'get settings'. Or you can ring customer care and they will txt them to you. Also have you checked that MMS is switched on? This is not done for you, and you must ring customer care to activate it. This message was posted from a T610
