I found this "nokia site" It is not warez or pirate but something like esato , forum etc...
They have a free version of PV author on their site .

Just put " pv author" (like this)in to the field and press "buscar".

well I know , but have a look , it's a "real nokia fansite" Maybe is was once for free when you bought a nokia . I don't know ...?
