Hi.

I was playing with my settings and I must have changed something with the PIN and PIN2 numbers or whatever and when I turned on my phone it was asking me for a PUK! I dont know what this is, let alone how to fix it. I have never assigned a PIN, PIN2 or PUK before. I tried all of the "passwords" i have ever used on my phone, as well as my 10 digit number, my 7 didgit number, the last 4 digits... nothing! I cant turn on my phone!

HELP!

call you network provider to get the PUK code.

PIN - code to protect the SIM card
PUK - entering the wrong PIN code three times blocks the SIM card and it can only be unlocked with the PUK code

PIN2 - used to access some provider specific services
PUK2 - same function as the PUK code.

i've only been assigned 1 pin, but sometimes my phone asks for pin2. Where would I get this?
