I too have problems with a HBH-35.
When I answer throught the headset. The sound isn't transfered to it, but it stays in the phone. When I then try to transfer it to the headset it sometimes works and it sometimes just disconnects.
The sound quality is really crap.

have said that they are about to release an upgrade that will solve this last problem though...
I have a T610 but the headset is eventually going to be used with a T68m/i (christmas present). I've told the owner of the T68 that he should upgrade the phone though. Will it work with it or is the headset faulty?

I had a problem with just voice answer untill I discovered that I didn't have bluetooth enabled under - Settings/voice control/voice answer/environments.Bit of an unnecessary menu in my humble opinion.

You have to use your

headset in recording all voice commands. Avoid recording commands using the phones mic.
First, activate the HBH to phone connection. Do this by going to accessories and then select your HBH headset. You will see the Headset icon on the top left of your T610 screen.
From there, you can change menus and start recording all the necessary voice commands and names. After doing this, your phone should recognize your command coming from the headset.

I have never gotten my voice answer to work with my bt200 & t68i and can rarely get a V.C. recorded via BT, more often than not it locks up the phone and headset until the t68 battery is removed... I have not tried to manualy connect them and try to record since I upgraded my FW

You're suppose to use the phone mic when recording voice commands. How can one trigger the BT mic to record a voice command? Not sure why cracker- suggested that.. At any rate, all of these headsets in the pic below are interchangeable with the P800/P900. I actually have used some of them with my T68i. So go to your contact -> choose edit contact -> click the last tab -> voice command -> highlite the desired # and click 'record' (from the phone's mic). That's all it takes. I use the voice command daily as I have my phone tucked away most of the times. Voice command has worked with every headset pictured below. Again, with my P800 and my P900.

I thought you'd figure out by now that it was not possible. Especially after alluding to that in an earlier post. Moreover, if your manual don't say it don't expect it to do it. When you click that 'record' button on the phone do you see any indication that the phone is attempting to make a connection with a BT device??? So there's your answer, again.
