i just did a master reset (reset all) but how come lots of things have gone?
like the pictures, themes, games the phone came with
i though these would remain?
also i'm curious why my championship game in vrally is still there?

presumably vrally is in the firmware but the other items were not. perhaps those were added by your operator? do you recall what they were exactly?

there was 4 themes

a few pictures, like a fish, strawberry

there was mini golf

also i bought my phone from an electronics shop so i don't think an operater installed something

maybe sonyericsson installed them?

--in vrally my previous score is still there, i thought it would be erased

maybe installed them but they were just not part of the firmware.

you can minigolf again get from wap.sonyericsson.com

Just out of interest, why did you do a master reset? and on a new phone? I can't remember the last time I did a master reset on any phone

i had already deleted a few pictures to free up some space
i wanted more space so i decided to delete more pics/sounds etc. but i wanted to back everything up first
so i did a master reset thinking all the files would come back so i could make a backup
but they didn't :S

i don't have wap so i can't dl minigolf

If the files were to magically reappear once you had performed a master reset, would there be much point backing them up?

Shouldn't you be able to re-install those from the add-on disk?

Go to your GSM operator or to your daveloper and ask him to update your firmware.I think that everything will be OK.If you want you can give me your e-mail (send me a private massage) and I'll send you some of the themes, ringtones and games.
