Can anyone point me in the right direction to get voice answering & dialling working with the above combination?
I've paired the phone using the advanced feature way (holding power & volume up while pairing, etc) and the phone communicates ok but no way can i get it to answer a call by saying "answer". I've enabled voice dialling, redial & answer, i've also recorded the words. It just doesnt want to work. The Jabra is brand new & the box has the enhanced for nokias, voice dialling, etc, etc.
If i want to answer a call i've got to push the button on the headset, which kind of defeats the object in my mind.

With the same headset and my T610 - I could only get it to work properly WITHOUT the advanced features.
Try and re-pair it in "basic" mode.
Voice answer/busy etc works fine for me in basic mode

Well i tried what you've advised and it still doesnt work. Held the function button down on the headset until the light went solid blue, on the phone went to connectivity -> Bluetooth -> Handsfree -> New Handsfree then searched for the phone & paired them. Turned on voice answer & re-recorded the messages. Phoned my mobile and it still wouldn't answer by voice! Do you have to have a particular profile selected or something like that? I also noticed that if i rejected the call via the phone (pressed volume twice quickly) it lost connection to the headset!

If you go into Settings/voice control/voice answer/environments. is bluetooth ticked?
Idon't think there's anything strange about losing your connection if you reject the call.Thats exactly whats supposed to happen.

Is that functionality supported by your headset? It's possible it doesn't open the audio link until you answer the call...
