My system is win2k. i have the mp3 player for almost 1year, but it's still new now, because some problems of the MMC reader, i can't use it. i use the pnperase tool it shows 'EEPROM string is not erased'. then i finish it. and click the mmc reader toll to scan for device, it didn't show anything on the window. I really want to use it , somebody help me. thanks

You must have the MMCard inserted in the MMCard-reader when you install the software! Worked on my XP- pro system afer that I had the same error message poping up.

thank you first, but i failed. the same question 'EEPROM string is not erased'. i think this is the cause of the problems. is there anyone tell me why we should erase the pnp string and what is pnp string mean?
