> t68 caller line ID problem

Hi, I am having a problem with caller line identification on my new t68. Whenever someone calls, their phone number is displayed but not their name even though the name and number is in both my phone book and on my SIM card. The caller ID used to work, but after installing WAP settings this prob started occurring. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it??? Please???

Remove the other entry from the phonebook, this may solve the problem, multiple entries with the same number is really not advisable unless you have two phones hehehehe

I had the same caller ID probelm after upgrading to R1C from R1B. The only cure was to do a master reset by selecting the reset all option. This wiped all contacts & WAP settings in the phone but was the only cure.
