i ordered a new hbh-35 from them (3/12/03) because of the new driving laws in the uk. at first they seemed good, cheap prices so i decided to pay for next day delivery. i recieved an automatic responce saying that my order has been taken and i will recieve another email when it has been posted.
my first problem came when i recieved an email telling me that the hbh-35 is out of stock. i decided to email them to get an estimate delivery date, TWICE, with no responce. then i tried to call them but their phone line is always busy. i managed to get thru on tuesday (16/12/02) and spoke to a sales person, he told me that they had it back in stock that day and mine would be posted next day delivery the following day, yesterday. i tried calling them yesterday to make sure it had been sent but again, the phone line was busy and when i did get thru there was no answer.
i dont know how the royal mails special delivery system works exactly but i have checked the post and the postman has been. i assume this means that i will not be recieving it today.
i am now trying to call them (no point emailing) but again, busy line.
i wanted to order a few other things from their website but if this kind of service is usual then there is no chance of that!
has anyone else experienced such poor customer services from
Mobile Fun! because i have to say, i have recieved nothing mobile related from them and it's not much fun at all.

I've used them more than once and had no problems m8 , you must be unlucky or it could be the post delay now so close to xmas.
Also special delivery is a next day service before noon or money back it cost to post. £250 min claim if item went missing.

i managed to get thru to them today, i spoke to a sales person and he told me that they have a large backlog of orders for the hbh-35, im guessing everyone wants one because of the new laws and its the cheapest se one around. he could not confirm that it would be posted today or tomorrow but has a estimated delivery date of next monday. an hour later i recieved an email from them confirming that my order had been posted and i will recieve it tomorrow at my work address! unfortunatlly i have to stay home tomorrow to wait for sky to turn up, what great timing they have!

I've used this site numerous times before and found it to be one of the best. Everything I ordered was reasonably priced, delivered on time and in good condition. I would recommend this site to people wishing to make purchases of the mobile communication kind!!
