I had a big dilemma before me, do I get a P900 for the sake of a few changes over my trusty P800. I had many sleepless nights debating the pros and cons of upgrading now or not.

I would come close to making a decision many times only for doubt to sink in again.

There just didn't seem to be an overwhelming reason to upgrade.

After two months of getting no sleep and people looking at me weirdly because of arguing with myself I came up with a solution.

I sold my P800...........

and bought a Nokia 6600...yes a Nokia.

You ask why on earth would a sane person do this?

Well after having my Nokia 6600 for a week I have easily made the decision to buy a P900.

So there, I finally did upgrade my P800 to P900, only it needed me to go to the darkside temporarily.

Cheers

A perfect example of the fact that to enjoy the good things in life, (SE) one must experience the bad. (nokia)

Only after experiencing extreme pain can the wonders of a happy peacefull life be apreciated.

Its so sad that you went through such pain alone, you didn't have to. We are here for you my friend. Any time someone is tempted by the sweet simplicity of Nokia we are there to steady their nerve and steel them against the onslaught Nokia unleashes.
Wherever someone contemplates generic ringtones we are there; wherever someone is lured into accepting bad design we are there, wherever someone wants to sell their soul we are there and wherever someone seeks a beacon of light, a gram of hope, a friendly face and a guiding hand ... we are there!
You have nothing more to fear my brother. You have repented and admitted your sins. For that I bless you in the name of Sony, of Ericsson and of the P900. Go now and spread the word amongst the unfaithful and bring joy to their troubled, Nokia clenching hands.

I feel ashamed, I still have the smell of Nokia on me.
I scrub and scrub but I can still smell it.

But I can feel the healing power of the P900 spreading through me, hopeful it will over power the lingering Nokia stench.

Thanks all for your kind words......

Unlike scooters and fat girls, which are fun as long as your friends dont find out, nokias are plain bad news.
the sole purpose of nokias existance is to keep cross eyed blundering idiots away from sonyericsson. so in a sense, it has its purpose. when you walk down the high street and see all these joe mug bawbags with their shit unsightly nokias, doesnt it give you an inexplicable warmth knowing you have a px00 in your pocket?
before i found Esato, i was adrift in a sea of nokias and other ghastly phones. I had a t29 and even then admired the superiority of ericsson phones. sadly, i seemed alone. my fondness continued throughout ownership of a t39, then t68, and then by jove, the p800! shortly after, i found my lost brethren in Esato. Oh yes, i knew i had found my home! long live Esato!

I totally agree with u guys. My personal opinion regarding Nokia mania is because there were so good in marketing. Nokia was the first to present in the market logo ringtones and messaging fun/animations.

All the little boys and girls wanted to get these little gadgets just to play and sent little stupid messages to everybody. That was the success of Nokia.

BUT we all know who has the superiority in the market regarding technology foundation, which is the most important factor for me personally.

Sony Ericsson is the most technologically advanced manufacturer. Am not writing mobile phone manufacturer because SE is not only a mobile phone" company.

This is my honest opinion regarding SE and Nokia.

And for the record I never had a Nokia mobile. I find theem "cheap" and very very ugly!

Does anyone agree with me?
