If you have/get an USB to Irda dongle for your desktop pc (or a laptop pc with Irda) you dont need to install any software at all !!!!
Win2000 and WinXP will let you send any T610 supported file (poly or image) to and from the pc using the standard Irda send/receive file function built into windows.

As spawn have said, no need for any software, you just need to have either bluetooth, infrared, or data cable to connect your phone to your pc or vice-versa. Once connected, you can easily transfer files to or from your pc.
