u have to bring your phone to an SE service centre and have it upgraded there. you cannot do it yourself, unfortunately.

Since you are asking smart questions, you should be able to do your own research on this issue.

I will tell you that much: you will never be able to flash your phone with that USB cable.

Welcome to esato!

First only the P900 can be flashed at home. We are all hoping that other models will be supported soon. At least the P800. As said before you have to take all other phones to a

service center, you can find a one near you here (I can't read brasilian but I think thats it). I the phone is still under warranty it is free to flash it, if not it'll cost you about 20£ or 25€. Good luck!
