Hiya mates,

I am onto my 3rd P900 rite now as the first 2 i got replaced due to RF problems and the thin red line problem.....

Well i noticed that all the P900's i have had till now including the one i now have are squeakers....the first one was horrible....second one a bit better....the one i am using now only squeaks in the zone below the power/IR area.....but it still is annoying....

Cud someone please tell me how i can get rid of this squeaking....as in either by tightening the screws or woteva....

Cheers,
Doc.

I managed to use my finger nail to part the casing and managed to put a small piece of paper down the gap.now it doesn't make a sound

I would hate to have to do something like that to fix my £500 phone...

I hope mine's not a squeaker when it eventually arrives!

If you search this forum you'll find lots of threads explaining ways to get rid of the sqeaking. My P900 is now 100% sqeak-free. The solution for me was to apply some tape on top of my MS Duo. The added thickness of the Duo obviously expands something inside the phone so that the sqeaking stops.

I think should take heed of this - much as we love their phones, we've all had enough of the shabby casing.

Why is it that other manufacturers' phones are just as plasticky as theirs, but don't go creeeek...squeeeeek at the slightest pressure - it's infuriating, I tell you .

The next flagship had BETTER be solid as a friggin' ROCK, or Nokia gets a new sugardaddy!

for those of you on diets, use extra virgin olive oil.
