hi guys i have never changed any lock codes in my p800 and i want to do a master reset to delet everything please can you tell me the defult code that i need to enter please

just read the manual man.. i think the code 4 ur phone is 0000 ;-)

well i have just done that but i put some apps on the phone and they are not deleting all the icons are still there what can i do??? has any 1 else had this problem

mine works well when i do the master reset.. try reset ur phone, i mean turn off n turn on again.

try from the service menu format internal drive.this will erase all your apps.
