i have a t610 with sw R1A081.
my friend happened to get a t610 few days ago. the recording(amr) sounds like a loudspeaker, like that of nokia. mine doesnt. is it a defect or the upgrade in the sw. his sw is R3C002. is this the latest and the best sw at present?

This is a feature in the firmware, R1a hasn't got it.
R3c is the latest, it also improves menu speed, RF-bar stability (doesn't jump up and down as much) and overall stability.

My friend's sagem mix5m is playing them (the AMR) louder!
Is a SW that fix this?
PS: I have a T300 - R1B008
