The length of the ringing tone is network standard, i think its about 20 to 30 seconds.

Well, it is and it is not network dependant;in some networks, it can ring 6 times in others it rings 9 times. In some networks u can call CS and ask for the extended `9 times` section.

u can set the length of time your rings by delaying your vmail up to the network maximum
eg for t-mob in uk its 30secs, so to delay your phone ringing for the max 30 secs enter the follwing code (i think its the right code anyway from the top of me head

)
**61*VOICEMAILNUMBER*11#30* and press send on your phone
*u know looking at the code it dont seem 100% right*
neway thats a start and im sure sum1 will correct me
hope it helps anyway

nicely done masseur. point to a thread which points to a thread
code should be
**61*(mailservicecenternumber)*11*(n)#
where n is a multiple of 5 between 5 and 30 (i.e. 5, 10, 15, ...30), and represents the number of seconds before the call diverts to voicemail.

how many threads do you think we can nest through links before we have to reach an answer (assuming no threads are created for the purpose of creating links)?
