my ph is about 2 weeks old and i charge it for at least 12-13 hrs and after unplugeed, i check for its status level and says "0%"...
but the ph works and last for at least 2 days...so the battery supposedly is working...
does anybody know if it is a battery or ph problem...??
thanks for the help.

Sounds like a Firmware issue, if the phone is working as advertised. Have you checked the firmware version and tried to do an upgrade yet?

Battery problem is possible. Did you let it charge for the recommended 12/14hrs initially? One of the threads here included a comment from SE saying that the first charge should be 24hrs and that you should fully charge and discharge 10 times to fully condition the battery.
If the fault is with the phone, it could be a firmware problem. Best option is to back-up and run an upgrade using the SE upgrade service. See if that helps. Remeber to keep the phone linked to the charger when you are upgarding the firmware if you are having probelms with the battery.
If it is not firmware then I suspect your battery is faulty.

U cant use the home firmware update - it states u must have a fully charged battery.
Take unit back to any shop that has P900 and test battery in another.
From there..... well I guess that depends on which bit is wrong...

@blueneoncorsa
tks for your comment.
mine is cda162004/14 r2b01
do you happen to know if mine will be older/younger than yours...???
or, do you think i shall update the firmware...??
as for sure right now cant change the ph back again..
i'd better buy a new battery, because i tried with a new battery and seems to be works fine, the thing is that as it is so new, i'm thinking to wait for at least 3-4 more battery full-down cicles, to see if maybe it "reactives" again...
tks

I don't know about re-activate... but the battery does generally get better... well mine has...
I charged mine up "properly" when I had it, and have discharged and recharged it around 5 or more times now (i lose count)... it started off lasting around 3 days, though this was under quite heavy use as I got used to the features... it has now panned out and lasts around 5 days on average... and that is with "general" use (GPRS now and again, a few phones calls/texts and use of the calendar mainly)
If yours dies prematurely, then it really should go back and be replaced... I have yet to see a proper P900 battery for sale independently (others may have found one though), all I find are P800 batteries, which are of a lesser capacity so I hear
