If server is not found you need to use IP address of POP and SMTP servers which is 62.241.160.74

mailbox is user%dsl.pipex.com

i've tried it and i can't get it to work. where did you get the ip addresses from? i keep telling myself to call pipex and ask them how ot do it but i always forget.
