some are selling reconditioned T68i(s) here in the Phil. How could someone know if the unit they're going to buy is a bnew or a recon?

If it was brand new surely it would be sealed. Also personaly if I was buying a new phone I would just pay the full price and get a brand new one, that way you know your covered for faults and any other problems and firmeare updates and now the t68i has been out a bit surely its cheap enough to buy brand new anyway?
