I had my phone re flashed at a servive point but
it didn't finish properly and thay told me thay couldnt
do it.
Thay wanted to send it away but I said no and got it back.
But something has changed the orange stuff is gone and
the CDA number has changed from 162021 R1C01 to
162003/8 R2A10 the other numbers havent changed.
Now the problem is the online update no longer
finds my phone and it used to work before.
I tryed useing the recovery option and it started
to work but instead of downloading the software first
it started straight away.
it said it would take 15mins but I got scared and unpluged
the phone when it got to 4%.
Dose anyone know what this recovery mode dose
to the phone as I DO NOT want the orange stuff back.
also the orange contact wizerd and email wizerd are quite
usefull and if you backup the phone before the reflash
when you restore it thay come back which is nice.

Lodge a complaint against the company that flashed your fone. As the fcuk up wasnt your fault view have to do something about it.
