Hello all.
I am have a T610 firmware r1, windows xp pro, tdk go blue usb dongle.
I have tried searching about this but to no avail.
I finally installed my "go blue" USB bluetooth adapter by TDK and got it working. On the disc that came with it was bluetooth software 1.3.2.19 which is the latest that is on the TDK website. Also on the disc was "TDK mobile". I installed both programs (with difficulty) and finally got the TDK mobile to work.
However it only works one time. After that when i try to connect, it says that it is online and that there is a connection, but it can't read the contacts from the phone and the program kinda just freezes up. the dialog box says reading sim contacts but nothing happens. the phone has both arrows suggesting the bluetooth is being used. in fact if you try to turn off bluetooth it says that it is busy.
The only way to get back up and connected is to uninstall and reinstall the software and then re - pair the phone and computer.
I do have mobile phone monitor on here but i don't know how that integrates with the TDK software. I don't use outlook and the xtnd software that came with the phone screwed up everything even more.
so i had to uninstall that as well.
Any suggestions or help?
All i really want to do is have my phone contacts backed up and be able to send pictures, themes, etc to the phone AND back.
Thanks,
AA

This is apparently a known issue.
The new version of the software which can be had at www.tdksystems.com works fine!
