Start out by telling us the steps you took for us to understand what went wrong. It would be pointless to 'tell' you what to do because the manual already does a good job of that.. However, we might be able to diagnose based on the information you provide.

hehe. i posted the above message from my p900, and i was trying to save words because typing is still a tedious task.

what i did:
1) open system settings, then bluetooth.
2) activate bluetooth
3) turn headset into pairing mode
4) search for new devices on the p900
5) found the device, added that "accept connection without prompt" or something like that (my OS is german)
6) in phone, i opened the settings, then "free speak mode" (?) where i set the answering mode to "normal" and favorite device for sound to "headset".

i see the bluetooth icon in the bottom part of the screen. but when i click on the voice dial activating button on my headset, it beeps twice, that's it. and no ringing when a call comes in.
thanks

just in case anyone has had the same problem, here's how i "solved" it.

first, i removed the headset partnership and set it up again. and even though i did the same thing as before, i was now able to use my headset.

but voicedial didn't work.
what i did wrong was ... i didn't record any commands yet.

yes, once you record them, voice-dial works splenditly.

the t68i connected and let me speak a command, only to tell me later that there was no appropriate contact found.
that's why i thought i'd test the function first before setting up the commands.

vermania ... oh yea ? well you're ugly !

@all: Does any of you forget about activating the voice dial feature? Who knows you just paired the P900 & HBH-xx. The voice control settings are under Phone - Edit - Preferences. This message was posted from a WAP device

@mores
Thanx alot! Now I can use voicedialling from my hbh-35 again! Because when I updated my P900, I couldn't do this. I unpaired my headset, and then paired it again. Now its working perfect!
