> intermittent p900 touch screen problems

Ive had my phone for a week now and im not sure if this is a coincedence or not but since i fitted a screen protector (a cut down sony clie one), i have had intermittent problems with the touch screen. The touch screen either does not work or when you touch it, it registers a fifferent part of the screen. It has done it four times now and switching it off and on cures the problem.
Anyone else come accross this?

All screen protectors have that effect occasionally. Dont worry but if I were u I would remove the scr prot. I dont like them anyway!

i would suggest you to remove the screenprotector and re apply it correctly. when i first got my p900 and applied a screen protector i didn't do it right and the screen protector was applying pressure to the sreen a little bit and the screen wouldn't respond to the stylus. i removed the protector and applied it again carefully alligned so that there would be no pressure from any corners that weren't alligned right and it works fine now.

No, i havent tried to re-calibrate the screen as i did mot know you could!!! ill give it a try.
