when the flip is close, does your jog dial work when press inward, backward and forward? cos mine only works when you rotate upwards and downward, do you think that there's something wrong with my jog dial? tnx in advance

With the flip closed you can use the jog dial to unlock the keypad (backwards OR forwards and then click in). Can you click in after scrolling up or down to select an option? Also, forwards brings up the options menu, but backwards doesn't do anything. Does the other functions work when the flip is open?
