what's the difference? I thought the white ones were magicgate but the dark blue ones have magicgate on them.

The white one's (only 64MB so far seen) do indeed feature a small "Lock" switch. However: The white one's are the "slower" ones (according to Sony Marketing).

The "dark-blue" one's belong to kind of "Highspeed" Memorysticks, which should be able to perform 8x faster Read/Write than a standard stick.

So the 128MB Duo's available all over the place (also from SanDisk) are belonging to the "Highspeed" class of Duo's...

Me to, amazon all the way.

just to let you know it is the dark blue magic gate one and it is much faster than the old ones.
