Hi,

At this moment I have a P800 and a T610 and I'm very happy with these 2. I orderd A P900 at the time they annouced it. Today the shop called to say the P900 is in stock! They give me a good price for my P800 and T610 so I don't have to pay much to have a P900.
I'm wondering if al the programs that I have for the P800 are working on the P900. I have some programs that are registered with the IMEI number. Can I use these?? Do I have to buy them again??

Thanks

However, browsing through them quickly I did not find an answer to your question of the IMIE number, which is interesting to know. What I suggest you do is to mail your question to the maker of the program and see what they say. I would guess that they can give you a new number since you have paid for the program and cancell out the old one.

I have heard of some programs making the p900 crash that was made for p800 (its in the above threads). I would suggest that you check the web-site of each maker to see if the program supports the p900.

Hi John-Se,

I have got my P900!!! Great phone
When I cleaned up my P800 i did a sync with outlook from all contacts and calender. I saved all pictures and sounds on my PC. I didnt need my SMS so i deleted them.

After purchasing, i sync whit outlook and I have all my contacts and calender items. I don't think there is a way to save you're sms.
I did a copy of all my pictures and sounds.

I made a new back-up and everything works fine...

Greets from a very very happy new P900 user.

Merry x-mas to all esato people and SE lovers (only SE lovers)

@kris
I think when you installed all of your software from your p800 it was intentionally for p800 use maybe you can inform the product vendor that you changed your phone maybe the'y will email you again with the serials you need. I have a p800 before and when I bought a new p900 and inserted my 128mb duo all my programs aren't working. Maybe the serials are stored on the phone memory rather than the memory stick. That's why my phone memory is decereasing whenever I install application and games that have serials on them.
