hmmm, well that thread by UE is at least a couple of months old and does not reflect current prices.

check out amazon who have just about the best prices in uk at this time

ebay did have lexar&sandisk ones for 35.25 the other day... have asked this before, but does anyone know if these are comparable in terms of reliability/quality? they certainly ARE cheaper...
